The 750mm x 750mm x 50mm B125 Manhole Cover & Frame (Single Seal Access Cover) is a medium-duty ductile iron access solution, certified to BS EN124-2:2015 for Group 2 installations. With a certified B125 load rating (125kN / 12.5 tonnes), this product is ideal for car parks, pedestrian routes, and shared-use surfaces with occasional vehicular access.
It features a clear opening of 750mm x 750mm, a base size of 830mm x 830mm, and a frame depth of 50mm, making it suitable for standard access chambers where moderate strength and shallow installation depth are required.
Manufactured from spheroidal graphite ductile iron (EN-GJS-500-7) to EN 1563:2018, this unit delivers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and is finished in a protective black coating. The surface includes a high-traction anti-slip pattern with a certified PSRV >70, tested by a UKAS-accredited laboratory.
Its single seal frame creates a reliable airtight fit when packed with grease, and the closed keyways help preserve surface appearance and secure handling. The product is BSI Kitemark certified, meeting rigorous safety, performance, and quality benchmarks.
