The Wavin Osma 500mm NIC Shaft 3m Plain Ended is a high-strength polypropylene shaft section designed for use with Wavin Osma Non Man-Entry Inspection Chamber (NIC) systems. It forms the vertical structure of the inspection chamber, providing reliable access for inspection, rodding, and maintenance of underground drainage networks.
With an external diameter of 500mm and a 3-metre length, this shaft can be cut to the required height to meet specific installation requirements. It is fully compatible with Wavin Osma NIC chamber bases and risers, ensuring a complete and watertight system when assembled with the appropriate components.
The plain-ended design connects securely to the NIC base using a factory-fitted seal, delivering a leak-free joint without the need for specialist tools. For deeper chambers, additional risers can be added to achieve the required depth. The shaft is designed to accept a variety of cover and frame options for surface-level access.
