Description
This high visibility underground warning tape is designed for tracing and identifying buried sewerage pumping mains during excavation and groundwork. Used by utility contractors, engineers, and local authorities, it provides both surface-level detectability and a bold visual warning.
Manufactured from tough 130-micron polypropylene and containing embedded stainless steel detection wires, this tape is traceable using conventional cable locating tools. Its bright red colour is colour-coded for sewer use and is printed with the warning “CAUTION SEWERAGE PUMPING MAIN BELOW” to clearly identify the buried service.
At 150mm wide and supplied in 100 metre rolls, it offers excellent trench coverage for long pumping main runs. Fully compliant with EN 12613, the tape is resistant to rot and suitable for long-term burial in harsh soil conditions.
