The 1220mm x 675mm x 40mm B125 Manhole Cover & Frame (Single Seal Access Cover) is a twin-cover ductile iron solution for Group 2 applications, designed to meet BS EN124-2:2015 standards. With a B125 load rating (125kN / 12.5 tonnes), it is suitable for pavements, footpaths, and other pedestrian areas with occasional light vehicle access.
This cover has a clear opening of 1220mm x 675mm, a base size of 1344mm x 800mm, and a frame depth of 40mm. It is a solid top twin cover, offering both strength and visual uniformity across larger inspection chambers. The product uses a single seal frame and includes closed keyways for secure handling and a flush surface.
Manufactured from GJS-500-7 spheroidal graphite ductile iron to EN 1563:2018, the cover is coated in black for corrosion resistance. The lightweight yet high-strength material supports durability with easier installation.
